Lisa Bosley (left) as been working with kids since her high school days. She has a teaching degree from Abilene Christian University and taught for 6 years before she stayed home to raise her family.
Lisa has been married for 17 1/2 years and has a beautiful teenage daughter and a wonderful son.
Lisa is now the Children's Minister for Fairfax Church of Christ in Northern Virginia. Working with infants through teens is her passion. "We learn so much from kids, especially about friendships by watching children play and then realizing that God helped you to find each other."
Lisa feels blessed by all the many friends that God has placed in her life. These friends, along with her family, are the ones who make her smile, laugh, and lift her up. God was so generous when he placed Audrey Stevens in her life as she is the true friend of her heart and will be through eternity.
Audrey Stevens (right) is the Co-Founder of Daughters of the King, and a long time promoter of Christian family values. She began the DOTK ministry in 2001, as she felt God's call to organize a program designed to specifically attend to the needs of teen girls. The original conferences, held in Orlando, FL, received overwhelmingly positive reviews. As a result, DOTK had expanded it's audience to the Fairfax, Virginia area. Though the original staff and crew has changed and evolved over the years, the same commitment to administer the practical application of the scriptures to young women remains one of her top priorities. She has diligently worked side by side with her DOTK partner, Laura Day, and feels blessed to also have her college roommate and dear friend, Lisa Bosley, as an integral part of the DOTK staff.
Audrey has been a guest speaker at Son Quest, as well as numerous Ladies retreats, and has also organized many events for the enrichment of family and marriage relationships. Most recently, she traveled with her family to Estonia to conduct marriage and family seminars. Audrey is married to Dave, the Family Minister at the McDermott Road Church of Christ in Allen, Texas. She is a graduate of Abilene Christian University, with a Communications degree. Together they have three children: Lauren, 19 and a sophomore at ACU; Whitney, 17; and Logan, 14. |

Kasey Love is a graduate of ACU with a BS in social work. She and her husband currently reside in Orlando, FL. She grew up attending the Holly Hill church with Sheila Lowe as her youth minister's wife. She has had the opportunity to minister to girls as a youth intern for two summers in college. During that time she was able to teach bible studies and speak to groups of young ladies. She spoke at two separate girls evenings at Central Florida Bible Camp and then also at Florida Bible Camp. While at ACU she had the job of "Spiritual LIfe assistant" in the girls dorm, where she was able to help lead dorm-wide bible studies as well as encourage the young ladies in her dorm individually. Having a degree in social work is very fitting because her passions is for loving and serving all of God's people, with a very special place in her heart for young women. One of her biggest hero's in life is her mother, Karen Pearson, who has set an incredible example to her as a women's bible study leader and speaker for many years.
