Fairfax Church of Christ

Booyah Week is a time of service for the teens of Fairfax Student Ministry.  We spend a week focusing on the needs of others.

Yard work from 10:00 am to 2:00 pm; bring money for lunch and wear clothes you don’t mind getting dirty in. Also, bring any rakes, gloves, weed eaters, etc. that you have available. Meet at the building.

Passing out food to the homeless in D.C. from 9:00 am to 3:00 pm. Meet at the building at 9:00 am to make sandwiches. We will head to D.C. from the building, pass sandwiches out, and we’ll head back around 2:00 pm. No money for lunch is necessary, we will pack our own lunch as well.

Visiting and playing games with the residents at Sunrise Senior Living. Meet at the building at 1:00 pm and we’ll be back at the building at 3:30 pm.

Bethesda Cares from 9:00 am to 3:00 pm. We will be going to Bethesda, MD to do all sorts of odd and end jobs around their premises. It could be gardening, serving lunch, etc. We’ll leave the building at 9:00 am and we’ll be back at the building by 3:00 pm. Bring money for lunch.
