Inspired by the Backpack Food Mission held by our main congregation,
we are in the planning stages of setting up a similar one
for deaf children at Kendall
Demonstration Elementary School, Mantua
Elementary School, and Woodson
High School. 
Many children are at risk of having no food at home on the
weekends. We aim to supply the school with ZipLoc bags filled
with specific foods to send home each Friday.
Distribution to the schools mentioned above will likely
begin in the fall. In the meantime, please help us feed the
40 children "adopted" through the main congregation by bringing
in items from the following list next Sunday, April 27th.
Give them to one of the J-Team teens (in blue T-shirts) or
drop them off at the "Service
Station" cart
in Kingdom Korner.
- Individual Oatmeal Packets
- Easy Mac Individual Packets
- Chef Boyardee microwaveable cups (small)
- 100% juice boxes (small)
- Fruit cups
- Individual Packets of Tuna or Chicken salad
